You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.
- How can I book a taxi or minibus?
You can book with Swansea Taxi and Minibus Hire by using our very simple online booking form. We ask that you make a booking at least 24 hours before the journey takes place. If you would like to book a car within that time period, please phone us on 01792 712020 for availability. We also have a contact form if you would prefer to get in contact with us that way, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- How do I pay for my vehicle?
You can pay in cash at the time of the journey. If you prefer to book ahead, then you can pay via your credit or debit card using PayPal.
- How far in advance can I book my transport?
We ask that you make your online bookings at least 24 hours before your journey, particularly for airport transfers. If you require a taxi sooner than that, please call us on 01792 712020 to check availability.
- Can you take wheelchairs?
Yes, but please mention at the time of booking so that we can send an appropriate vehicle.
- How are your quotes worked out?
Our prices vary depending on the time of day, the distance travelled and the vehicle used. We charge only for the vehicle, not per passenger.
- Can you do airport transfers?
Yes, we can travel to any major airport. If you would like to be picked up after your holiday, just let us know your flight number and we will be there to pick you up when you land.
- Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
We would like you to provide a flight number when you book. If you do so, we can monitor the arrival and only send the driver out when they are required. Therefore, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed as long as you have given us your flight number.
- How will I find my driver at the airport?
All our drivers will be given your contact information and will call you to arrange a meeting location in the arrivals hall. If you have given us your flight details we will be aware of any delays in order to meet up with you when you need us.
